I am 100% pro-life. When I was Marion County Prosecutor, a bank robbery resulted in the death of a bank teller's unborn twins, leading me to spearhead the effort that led to Indiana Senate Bill 236. Now that this bill is Indiana law, a criminal who terminates a pregnancy in the commission of a murder or felony murder is subject to an additional six to 20 year sentence for the crime.
